Sun shines for Association of Carers Spring Sale

THE Association of Carers made a bumper £540 profit from their Spring Sale on Friday.
A host of items were snapped up, ranging from bedding plants to cakes, at the event at Filsham Hall in Filsham Road.
Fundraising Manager Jo Oliver said: "We did really well. The sun was shining which helped.
"I'd like to say a big thank you to all the supporters and volunteers.. It's wouldn't have been possible without their help.
"Special thanks to Sister Lucy, who hires the hall out, and Joan Inskipp who ran the stationery stall and gave us all their proceeds."
