Work will start next monthbuilding an eye-pleasing new bus shelter in Nyetimber.
The attractive oak and flint rustic-style structure, with a tiled roof, will be built outside The Lamb pub in Pagham Road.

It will replace a shabby perspex and metal-framed shelter which has stood there for several years.

The new shelter has
been sought by Pagham Parish Council for at least four years and it will pay for the shelter to be cleaned.

The £10,677 cost of the shelter is money handed over for community use by the developers of the nearby former Mazda garage site for housing as a condition of the planning permission.
