Former Eastbourne ambulance station up for sale
The town’s former ambulance station has gone on the market - and the site could be redeveloped to provide new homes.
The building in Dursley Road, on the corner with Bourne Street, has been redundant for some time and is now on the market with the possibility of redevelopment.
According to agents, Hunt Commercial, sealed bids are being invited for the property by midday on Friday May 28.
Initial assessments have been carried out and architects say there is potential to develop the site and provide one three bedroom and four bedroom houses and two three bedroom flats.
