PARKING: Time to get rid of NCP

ALL the work and development put into Worthing town centre will make no difference; NCP is in control.

We don't need a chief executive or any other chiefs (letter, Ian Lowrie).

What we do need is a council with guts to say enough is enough and use all the millions made out of parking fines to buy out NCP.

Another nine years and people will have deserted the town, they will not return to be ripped off a second time.

Once bitten, twice shy.
