Nice skills, but who are you?– pictures from the Worthing Herald archives

THE boys in the pictures may be drawing their pensions by now, as this photograph dates from the 1950s.

Who they are and where they are is a mystery, as this is one of hundreds of pictures from the Worthing Herald archives without any details attached.

Click on the view gallery link to see larger versions of the thumbnail images to the top right of the screen.

Various other images without details have been uploaded into the Herald's Looking Back section of this website at www.worthingherald.co.uk/looking-back.

So far, two sets of photographs from the archives have been identified.

The first was Brian Lynn's 21st birthday party, and the second was Mr DeGrouchy of Goring-based electrical test equipment company Clare Instruments.

Other unidentified pictures online at the moment include an amateur dramatics production, dancers, musicians, a football team and a family portrait.

If you recognise the people in these photographs, and/or the event taking place, please call Sarah Booker on 01903 282356 or email sarah.booker@worthingherald.co.uk and quote image reference number on each image.
