Killing off the town
IT was a sad day when the council gave NCP the contract for parking in Worthing.
They are now killing Worthing off for shoppers and visitors.
We have a parking permit from Rustington and Littlehampton for two hours' free parking.
If you go to these areas, their shops are flourishing because of this amenity.
