Well done to all those involved

My sister and I recently took part in the Night to Remember 13.1-mile charity walk in aid of St. Barnabas House.

I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate all those involved in the organisation of this event.

Shepherding 1,200 excited, pink-clad women from the leisure centre, through the streets of Worthing and back again was, I'm sure, no mean feat.

It was heart-warming to see the amount of people who had volunteered their time to make this event run so smoothly, particularly the marshals along the route who even at 4 o'clock in the morning were still encouraging us to "keep going".

It was a Night to Remember the wonderful care that the staff at St. Barnabas gave to our mum Linda last November, but also a Night to Remember the amazing camaraderie of 1,200 like-minded women doing their bit for a very worthy local charity.

Well done, everyone, see you all next year!
