Cat rescued from East Preston cooking fire

A FIRE at an East Preston warden controlled flat on Saturday was caused by cooking.
Emergency services were called to a small fire in the kitchen of a first floor flat, in Arun Court, at around 2pm.

Although the fire was out when fire crews arrived, a cat had to be rescued from the property, and smoke needed to be cleared, using a positive pressure fan.
