Ride The Hill, an all-terrain skateboarding team, will be on site, Angmering's Oval Raceway will be setting up a pit area, and Cycle Circus will give everyone the chance to view and try all types of bicycles, from the strange to the impossible to ride.
The event was opened this morning (Friday, August 8) by England rugby star Simon Shaw.
Spokes bike shop will also have a stall, where owner Andy Sleeman will be offering bike safety checks, puncture repair tuition and top tips will be available, from Cycle Tutor's Jenny Pickering.
Andy is also working with the police to build up a database of bikes in the area.
He said: "Bring your bike along, and I will photograph and label it. If it does get stolen after that, it will be a lot easier to trace."
Even the baths will be on wheels, as Bouncy Bounce Leisure will be bringing along motorised tubs, to race on an inflatable track.

Go-karting prodigy* ALREADY dubbed the next Lewis Hamilton, a Wick go-karting prodigy has now branched out into television.
Eight-year-old Levi Henton, who has spent this week filming a Channel Five documentary with Olympic Gold medallist Darren Campbell, will be the star guest on the Littlehampton Gazette stall at Wheels 2008 this weekend, to be held on the seafront green.
His mum, Elizabeth, said she was really proud of her son, who is currently seventh out of 26 eight to 12-year-olds in the Formula 6 karting championship.
"We didn't expect him to do so well this year, as he is at the bottom end of the age range and a lot of the children he races with also compete in the Super 1 Series, which is the highest level for under-12s."
Levi, who drives a Honda Cadet kart, will be on hand to sign autographs and answer questions at Wheels.
