DOGS were on parade in Alexandra Park on Bank Holiday Monday for the Companion Dog Show.
Organised by Hastings, St Leonards and East Sussex Canine Society, best in show was golden retriever, Rosie, and best non-pedigree dog was staff-labarador cross, Honey.

Society secretary Jean McGlashan said: "In spite of a wet start to the morning, over 150 dogs came in order to strut their stuff at the annual show.

"Our thanks to the judges who gave up their time, and everyone who entered."
