EIGHTY women learnt about the effects of the ageing process on their bodies at an opening evening at Azur restaurant.
Wednesday's event organised by St Leonards image consultant Katie Day focused on hormones.

It featured presentations by five experts covering areas such as health, fashion, diet, and nutritional supplements.

Katie, who was a consultant on the television programme How to Look Good Naked, said: "I'm turning 50 next year and at this time you recognise the changes happening to your body and start to re-assess youself.

"The event was about women and hormones, and tips were given on dressing to look youthful, vibrant while wearing appropriate clothes.
"It was a great success."

After the presentations, women spent an hour quizzing the experts.
