Horsham's East Street restrictions could be relaxed

EAST Street in Horsham could be open to blue badge holders and loading and unloading throughout the day.

Plans to end the experimental scheme that shut the road to traffic between 10.30am and 4pm and introduce a permanent scheme are going before the North Horsham County Local Committee on July 13.
