DESIGNER clothing, golf course tickets, Fontwell racecourse vouchers, fish and chips, haircuts and bikes are among the lots going under the hammer at a charity auction in Angmering.
Nine young people from St Margaret's Church, in the village, are holding the event at The Angmering School on May 8, to raise funds for their trip to Romania in the summer, where they help at an orphanage and a hospice being built by the charity Cry in the Dark.

The £2 admission to the auction, from 7-8.30pm, includes a free hot dog and entertainment.

Organisers would prefer tickets to be ordered in advance, to help with catering plans, but they can also be bought on the door.

To reserve tickets, call Neil Coleman on 0782 685 0273 or Beckie Saunders on 07962 114 081.
