Venues from the tiny, 60-seat Barn at The Bull's Head in Fishbourne, through a variety of village halls, to the 1,300 capacity Chichester Festival Theatre are all being pressed into action on more than 26 occasions.

The Empire Hall in Graffham r

There's a whole week of diverse music at Chichester's Minerva Theatre which starts with Swiss jazz guitarist Nicolas Meier on November 24 and features poet Ian McMillan, blues from Nine Below Zero and Guy Davis, a percussion tour de force from Peter Lockett and Joji Hirota, the quirky Simon Mayor and The Mandolinquents, and concludes with the award-winning London Bulgarian Choir on November 29.

In the main house at the Festival Theatre, British folk icon Ralph McTell appears on November 16, and the Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain make their second Chichester appearance of the year on November 29.

For the first time, there are practical vocal workshops for all ages and abilities being staged in conjunction with the education department of Chichester Festival Theatre.

Global Voices – Lucky Moyo (Zimbabwe), Tea Hodzic (Bosnia), and Shaheen Khan (India) host two days of workshops on November 22 and 23, and Bulgarian singer Dessislava Stefanova takes a singing workshop before The London Bulgarian Choir's performance on November 29.

Elsewhere, Walberton Village Hall hosts The Carolina Chocolate Drops on November 12, and a special South American Christmas family concert with Quimantu on December 12.

Award-winning Gaelic singer Julie Fowlis appears at the Minerva Theatre on October 23, and Fairport Convention fiddler Ric Sanders bring his own band to Lavant's Memorial Hall on November 23.
