A SPONSORED walk to raise money for people with metal ill-health will be held on May 11.
Worthing and Littlehampton Mind is organising the 10-mile walk, to support its project Get Active, which offers sports activities to those who want to take part, but lack confidence to join general public classes, due to mental health issues.

As well as sports, provided at minimal cost, activities such as walking and cycling are on offer, as well as summer camps, canoeing and dry ski-ing.

Starting from Arundel Swimming Pool car park, Queen Street, at 11.15am, participants are asked to either donate £5 to the charity, or raise funds through sponsorship. Register early if possible by calling 07766 147773.
