Rural roads to get an upgrade

RURAL roads in Wealden and neighbouring districts are set to get an upgrade.
East Sussex County Council is providing an extra £500,000-worth of road repairs.

The money will be spent specifically on B and C-class roads around the county and improve the condition on the edge of the carriageway.

The roads in question are the C12 (Cottage Hill, Rotherfield;) the C402 (parts one and two of Chillies Lane, High Hurstwood;) the C41, (London Road, Uckfield;) the C690 (Camberlot Road, Dicker;) the C30 (Sutton Avenue, Seaford;) the C324 (Wellgreen Lane, Kingston;) the C207 (Chalvington Road, Chalvington;) The C70 (Bunny Lane between the A26 and the A267) and the B2096 (Chapel Cross).
