ASTRONOMY: Worthing astronomers to run telescopic clinics

WORTHING astronomers are holding three, public stargazing events at Splash Point, starting tomorrow (Friday, April 8).

From about 8pm until 10.30pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, members of the local astronomical society will be showing people glimpses of the moon and Saturn, through telescopes, to celebrate global astronomy month.

The society will also be running telescope clinics to help novices get the best from their equipment.

Anyone is welcome to attend the free viewings, which will be subject to weather conditions.
