REBECCA Fallowfield, 17, of Littlehampton Road, auditioned against more than 200 other youngsters in the under-18 category of the competition to become one of 30 to go through to the next stage.
R and B and soul singer Rebecca has previously entered ITV's X Factor talent show but said she prefered the Live and Unsigned contest, which "encourages us to be ourselves".
