Fire and Rescue crews were called to a fire across four acres of grassland off Tasman Way, Durrington last night (Wednesday, July 1).

Two hose reels and beaters were used to extinguish the blaze at 7.58pm.

Crew from Worthing, East Preston and Shoreham attended the scene. It is believed to be deliberate ignition.
