THE BODY of a man found off Goring beach on Sunday has been identified by police this afternoon (Thursday, November 26).

The man, found floating 200 metres offshore by members of Worthing Sailing Club, has been formally identified as Stuart Christie, 51, of Chesham Close, Goring.

Police were called to the scene at 12.20pm. The death is being treated as unexplained.
