Budding young stars earn Worthing panto roles

Eight students from The Theatre Workshop in Worthing have secured roles in the Christmas production The Wizard of Oz.

Carrigan Davis, 13, Bethany Jordan, 12, Emily Uridge, 11, Laila Harding, 10, Isabella Faulknor and Leo Heller both nine, Harvey Pearce, eight and Logan Brewer, seven, beat hundreds of auditionees at The Pavilion Theatre open auditions to secure parts as munchkins, dancers and flying monkeys to star alongside Mario Falcone from The Only Way is Essex.

Director of The Theatre Workshop Lora Munro said: “We are always informing our students of open auditions and are ecstatic that so many of our students were successful.”
