A CURRY house in Worthing, which has raised thousands of pounds for charity, is holding its next event in January.

Ashan Habib, owner of Touch of Spice, in Downlands Parade, and Trish Stubbings, of Abbey Road, in Sompting, work together to hold charity evenings every three months.

To date they have raised £1,025 for motor neurone disease, £640 for Chestnut Tree House, £557 for Macmillan, £1,040 for Worthing Hospital and £400 for Meningitis UK by donating proceeds from raffles and auctions.
