A WOMAN had to be taken to hospital after her car collided with another vehicle in Worthing.
At around 6.40pm last night, Wednesday, March 7, two cars collided on the A27 near Lyons Farm.
Two fire engines were sent to the scene, as well as the heavy tender rescue, and a woman had to be cut from her car with hydraulic equipment.
She was taken to Worthing Hospital for treatment.
There were traffic restrictions on the A27 as emergency services attended the collision.
Firefighters left the scene at 7.07pm.
