Drones found in Worthing

Police are seeking the owners of two aerial ‘drone’ devices.

Over the past two weeks, the battery powered, four-propeller, remotely-controlled unmanned aerial devices have been handed in, having been found separately in the Worthing area by members of the public.

A Sussex Police spokesman said: “They are expensive items, but no one has so far reported them lost. If you have lost a drone in the area recently please contact Chatsworth Road police station front office by calling 101 or emailing [email protected] and quoting serial 1261 of 10/4.

“You will obviously need to provide proof of purchase of the relevant model, and some personal ID.”
