The Herald has been made aware of a problem with the firstname.lastname@example.org email address.
Emails sent to this address since last night (Thursday, November 29), have not got through, and senders should have received an automatic “delivery failure” email in reply to their own.
Our IT team is working to resolve the issue, and things will be back to normal as soon as possible.
However, anyone who has received a delivery failure message, or who would like to contact us via email in the meantime, should use an alternative email address for the Herald.
Items should be sent to email@example.com – they will then be delivered to our newsdesk as normal.
We apologise for any inconvenience, and thank readers for their patience.
