Findon Valley dog show raises cash for animal sanctuary

The first ever Fun Dog Show, held in the Gallops, was attended by 105 dogs and their owners.

The event was organised by the Findon Valley Residents Association to raise money for Paws Animal Sanctuary, in the Oval, Findon.

There were eight categories at the show, including, best puppy, best child handler, veteran, best six legs and best in show.

The best in show winner was Pearl, a nine-year-old cross-breed rescue dog from Romania, owned by Kelly Nottage.

The pairing received rosettes and a trophy.
