A FREE coffee morning is being held by the Royal Voluntary Service, to promote activities at its Chesham House Centre.
People aged over 60 are invited to drop in on Friday, March 21, 10am to 1pm, to find out about activities such as gentle exercise, cribbage, musical memories, grocery bingo and the Friday quiz.
Service manager Annick Lynn is hoping people will also sign up for a community arts project, to create an exhibit for this year’s Adur Festival.
The artwork will be created using old photographs, postcards, memorabilia, craft work and personal stories.
Chesham House, in South Street, Lancing, is a community centre for older people in Adur, offering a range of activities.
