HUNDREDS of characters from well-known musicals could be seen parading around Worthing on Saturday.

The seventh annual Worthing Children’s Parade was the biggest to date with 17 schools and youth groups involved.

The event’s founder and organiser Lindy Stannard said ‘it was a perfect day’ and brought ‘fun and good will’ to the town.
