The West Durrington housing development is well underway, aerial photos taken this week show.
Freelance photographer Eddie Mitchell used his drone to capture the progress of the 700-home development, which will eventually be accessed from Fulbeck Avenue.
The homes are being delivered in phases by The West Durrington Consortium – made up of Heron, Taylor Wimpey and Persimmon Homes.
A planning application is expected this year for a potential 300-home extension, which would see houses built up to the edge of the A27 on the northern side.
A public exhibition on the proposals was held in September.
