High Salvington Windmill fête

FAMILIES enjoyed fun and games in the sun at the High Salvington Windmill annual fête.

Overlooked by the historic windmill, the event was full of traditional attractions including morris dancing, ice creams, tea and cakes, stalls selling second hand books, Dave’s Delhi selling cheeses and chutneys, and even a mini roller coaster for the children.

Games like play your cards right and shove-a-penny were enjoyed by children and adults alike, and the crockery smashing stall did a roaring trade.
