David Blackall, 33, of East Onslow Close, Ferring, was given a community order and must pay £145 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting causing £250 damage to the windows of a car in Ferring on May 21, 2016. He must pay £145 compensation after admitting assault by beating in Ferring on May 21, 2016, and also admitting assault by beating in Littlehampton on April 16, 2016.

Joshua Sharples, 23, of Convent Gardens, Worthing, was given a community order after being found guilty of assault by beating in Worthing on November 14, 2015. He was also given a restraining order and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £150 costs.

Matthew Leggett, 22, of Upper Drive, East Preston, was fined £100 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, after admitting driving over the 40mph speed limit on the A4 Portway on April 15, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Abdul Deghayes, 20, of Roman Way, Southwick, was fined £130 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting possessing six bags of cocaine in Shoreham on June 12, 2016. He admitted possessing two bags of MDMA in Shoreham on June 12, 2016, no separate penalty. He also admitted breaching a conditional discharge order and was fined £50 for the original offence of failing to comply with a direction given in Church Street, Brighton, on June 13, 2015.

Glenn Thomson, 27, of St George's Road, East Worthing, must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting disorderly behaviour while drunk in Worthing on May 27, 2016.

Robert Ballard, 21, of Daniel Close, Lancing, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £45 costs, after admitting stealing two DVDs worth £14 from Morrisons, Worthing, on June 12, 2016.

Benjamin Graysmark, 22, of St Dunstan's Road, Tarring, was fined £370 and must pay £37 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (82mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Teville Road, Worthing, on June 12, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months. He was fined £50 after admitting possessing 2.6g of cannabis in Worthing on June 12, 2016.

Steven Nash, 30, of Littlehampton Road, Worthing, was given a community order and must carry out 80 hours' unpaid work after admitting assault by beating in Worthing on June 13, 2016. He must pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Stuart Millard, 44, of St Catherine's Road, Littlehampton, was given a restraining order and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting harassment without violence in Littlehampton between May 16, 2016, and June 4, 2016.

Stuart McCullough, 27, of Wolstenbury Road, Rustington, was given a 24-week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, after admitting possessing an extendable metal baton in Rustington on June 6, 2016. He must carry out 150 hours' unpaid work and pay £115 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Nicholas Baker, 45, of Marine Crescent, Goring, was fined £215 and must pay £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to comply with a no entry sign on the A24 Washington on January 14, 2016. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Jamie Crowley, 25, of Ensign Way, Littlehampton, was fined £300 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £300 costs, after being found guilty of driving without due care and attention in Claigmar Road, Rustington, on November 24, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with five points. He was fined £300 after being found guilty of using threatening words or behaviour in Rustington on November 24, 2015.
