Kitten stuck in Burgess Hill tree for more than 24 hours
A kitten was rescued from a tree in Burgess Hill yesterday (Monday April 7).
Emergency services were called to woodland off Chanctonbury Road just after 3pm.
It is believed the kitten had been stuck ten metres up the tree for more than 24 hours.
It was rescued using specialist equipment and safety lines and left with an RSPCA officer.
