BREAKING NEWS: Road closed in multi-storey car park stand-off
Police are restricting traffic access to Chatsworth Road while they negotiate with a man standing on the railings on the top floor of the High Street multi-storey car park.
Officers at ground level are talking to the agitated man, who is believed to be in his 50s, and guiding pedestrians away from the pavement near the rear entrance to the Guildbourne Centre.
