Motorcycle crash victim named

THE motorcyclist from Lancing who died in a crash on the A259 on Saturday, March 6, has been named.

Neil Tucknott, 47, of Lancing Park, suffered serious injuries and died after his Kawasaki Versys 650 was in collision with a car at the junction of Albion Street and Station Road, Southwick, shortly after 5.10pm.

The driver of a Hyundai i10 car, a 47-year-old man from Southwick, who was uninjured, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.

He was bailed until May 17.
