NINE more drivers in Sussex have been charged with drink driving after being arrested over the New Year period.
Edwardo Daniele, 36, a hairdresser, of Offington Drive, Worthing, has been charged with drink driving after being stopped in Kingsway, Hove, at 2.50am on New Year’s Day because his vehicle had no lights on.
He will appear at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on January 30.
Alexandra Capone, 39, unemployed, has been charged with failing to supply a specimen of breath after her car had been seen being driven badly in Worthing, also on New Year’s Day.
She will appear at Worthing Magistrates’ Court on February 25.
A total of 15 people were arrested in Sussex on Tuesday, December 31 and Wednesday, January 1.
Nine were charged, three were bailed to return at a later date and three were released with no further action.
