Parking prices slashed at Teville Gate

THE cost of parking at Teville Gate on the weekend is to be reduced by half.

NCP announced the cheaper weekend tariff this week, and it will come into effect from Saturday (May 28).

There is now a new all-day tariff of £1.50 on Saturday and Sunday, making it the cheapest town centre parking in Worthing.

Brian Puddephatt-Jones, contract manager for NCP Worthing, said: “We will always try to help local trade whenever and wherever we can. NCP is continually listening to the Worthing community and understood the need for cost-effective parking options at the weekend. We hope the new weekend tariff – as well as our growing portfolio of local business partnerships offering staff and customer discounts – will prove beneficial to the pockets of shoppers and traders alike.”
