WORTHING may have received the rubber stamp of approval to become a major general hospital, from West Sussex Primary Care Trust (PCT), but campaigners have vowed to fight on for full services across the county.

Chichester campaigners have vowed to fight on and are looking to take the PCT's decision to a judicial review.
