A couple visited Worthing and decided to take some pictures from the pier, but on closer inspection they noticed a strange anomaly in the sky.
Justin Morton is a regular visitor to Worthing because it was where his grandparents used to live.
On Saturday, Justin and his fiancé, Gayle Stevens, from Surrey, were on the pier and decided to take some pictures.
He said: “They where taken looking west of the pier. A luminous green ball is first seen in a photo and in consecutive pictures it moves. Then it appears again later and seems to follow me.”
Justin suggested the ‘green ball’ could be due to light refraction, a dust particle or a broken lens, but he also suggested that is could be a UFO or something paranormal, like an orb.
He said: “My heart would like to think that it was my grandfather or granny, maybe both. Especially as they appear on the ground near my grandparents road.
“I don’t know what it is.”
