“It’s great chance to try tennis at Lancing Manor and find out what a great sport it is.”

Children from two to 17 years old can try a class for free before committing to a term-time course.

Non-members are welcome to join the programme and try.

The gym will be offering free tennis and gym use on Saturday, June 21 and Sunday, June 29, as part of Great British Tennis Weekend, where more than 1,000 venues across Britain will open their doors for a series of four weekends – inspiring over 50,000 men, women and children to pick up a racket and hit the court – for free.

Those who go to Lancing Manor will be able to get involved in a range of different types of tennis including mini tennis, cardio tennis, Adult XPRESS courses, match-play sessions and use of the gym, all for free.

Rackets and tennis balls will be provided .
