Police appeal for witnesses after Worthing man dies in A24 road collision

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man died in a collision with a car on the A24 at Copsale on Friday, December 21.

The 40 year-old man from Worthing was on the southbound carriageway of the road at around 11.30pm. He has yet to be identified.

Sergeant Alan Spcier, of Sussex Police roads policing unit, said: “The man tragically died following the collision and we are appealing for anyone who saw him before or after the time of the collision to call Police on 101 quoting Operation Milldale,” or email collisionappeal@sussex.pnn.police.uk
