Police search after man flees from collision
POLICE are searching for a man believed to have been driving a van which crashed into a property in Sompting today (Monday, August 18).
A white van crashed into a wall, gate and car in Meadowview Road, Sompting, at around 11.30am, with the driver running from the scene.
The police search helicopter from Redhill was involved in the search, which has so far been unsuccessful.
Witnesses, or anyone with information, should call police on 101.
