A company has submitted a planning application to demolish Byanda in Hassocks to make way for a new residential care facility.
Frontier Estates (Hassocks) Limited wants the new facility on Brighton Road to have 60 bedrooms with ‘associated access, ground works, car parking, servicing, private amenity space, landscaping, construction of substation unit and boundary treatment’.
The application, which was received by Mid Sussex District Council on January 3, is pending consideration.
