ART lovers are being encouraged to contribute brush strokes to a canvas displayed in a Worthing art gallery as part of a renowned artist’s exhibit.

The work of Lisa Ridgers is on display in the Cloud Gallery, The Royal Arcade ,Worthing, alongside the 120x100cm canvas which she will be painting over and turning into an abstract piece for auction at Chestnut Tree House’s November ball.

Lisa is from the South Coast of England but has been living in America for the last 14 years where her artwork has been used by TV networks on programs such as the Big Bang Theory and Two and a Half Men.

Andrew Stott, owner of the Cloud Gallery, said: “Lisa came into the gallery last year and we decided to work together. Most of her work is on box canvas and is quite atmospheric. Her work has been very well received so we decided to tie it in with a local charity.”
