A PARAMEDIC and clinical team leader will be giving up celebrating his birthday and Christmas with his family to help Ebola sufferers in West Africa.

Chris Williams, 58, from Worthing, who will be celebrating his birthday on Christmas day, has just arrived in Free Town in Sierra Leone as part of a team of volunteers going out to the region to help those suffering from the fatal virus.
