Sussex’s smuggling trade to be revisited
SUSSEX’S smuggling trade will be brought to life through a day of illustrated talks by historians.
Smuggling Days in Sussex - a true and deadly history, will include all the details of the smuggling trade, together with the social history and folklore that lies behind the myth.
The day will run from 10am until 4pm, on Saturday, July 26, at the Sidney Walter Centre, Sussex Road, in Worthing. Tickets cost £20 and include tea, coffee and biscuits.
