THE new Brighton and Hove Albion training ground off Mash Barn Lane will put Lancing on the map, according to the club’s executive director, Martin Perry.
Speaking at the packed Ropetackle Arts Centre in Shoreham on Monday evening, Mr Perry, alongside chief executive Paul Barber, explained the facilities and the process behind the build.
He said the complex had cost £30m to build, and that he hoped it would help the club to reach and compete in the Premier League.
He said: “It’s great to be in Lancing. We want to put Lancing on the map, and we have already begun to deliver on that promise.”
