A HORSE RIDER had to be airlifted to Worthing Hospital after her leg was injured.
At around 3pm today, August 2, a woman in her 40s was airlifted by Sussex Air Ambulance to A&E at Worthing Hospital.
The air ambulance was called to the accident on Cissbury Ring and the woman was treated by a doctor and paramedic at the scene before being taken to Worthing Hospital.
