Pensioner left with serious injuries after bus collision in Worthing

Police are appealing for witnesses to a serious collision between a bus and a pedestrian on Saturday (October 6).

The collision happened at 2.20pm on the High Street in Worthing near the junction with Charlecote Road.

The 75-year-old woman pedestrian from Worthing was taken to Royal Sussex County Hospital, in Brighton, with serious injuries.

Anyone who saw what happened is asked to contact police on 101 quoting Operation Wyvern.
