TRAVEL: One lane closed on A23 near Handcross
One lane is closed on the A23 near Handcross due to a broken down horse-box.
Police are currently at the scene.
A spokesman said: “Lane one will be closed while we wait for the horse-box to be recovered.
“The broken down horse-box is in the live-lane of the A23 northbound, from Warninglid to Handcross.”
