A MAN charged with grievous bodily harm with intent after a 25-year-old was stabbed in Worthing on Saturday morning (August 11) has been remanded to appear at crown court.
Patrick Brookes, 25, unemployed, of Clifton Road, Worthing, will appear at Lewes Crown Court on November 2, after a 25-year-old man was stabbed in Pavilion Road, Worthing, on Saturday morning.
A 19-year-old man from London has also been arrested for grievous bodily harm with intent and has been bailed until September 29.
The victim is still in a critical condition.
A spokesman for Sussex Police said: “We are actively looking for further named suspects. Anyone with information that may help us in our inquiry is asked to contact detectives on 101 or the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
